How is annual leave calculated in Korea?
Under the Labor Standards Act: less than 1 year grants 1 day per month worked. After 1 year, 15 days base, plus 1 additional day every 2 years, up to a maximum of 25 days.

Yes. Workers averaging 15+ hours per week are entitled to proportional annual leave based on their working hours.

How Annual Leave Is Calculated
