FAQ
What is BMI?
Body Mass Index, your weight (kg) divided by height (m) squared. It's a simple indicator of whether your weight is appropriate for your height.
What are the BMI categories?
Per WHO: underweight below 18.5, normal 18.5-24.9, overweight 25-29.9, obese 30 and above. Some countries use stricter thresholds.
Can BMI alone judge my health?
No. BMI doesn't account for muscle mass, body fat distribution, or age. Athletes may show high BMI due to muscle. Use it as a reference and consult a professional for accurate assessment.
Is my data saved?
